Zenoti Alternative: What It Costs to Find Out What Zenoti Costs

By Roger Grekos, founder and editor, Twizzlo. Prices were read first-hand from each vendor’s own website between September 8 and September 11, 2026.
Twizzlo publishes this page and competes with every platform compared on it. Every vendor-published competitor price below was read on the vendor's own pricing page on September 8, 2026, except Boulevard's Monthly toggle, read on September 10, and GlossGenius's additional-location discount, read on September 11. Each is quoted with the qualifier that page carries, and third-party figures are attributed to the page that printed them.
Zenoti publishes no price. Its pricing page, read in a browser on September 8, 2026, shows three Get a Quote buttons. Every Zenoti alternative here was priced from the vendor's own page. Seven of nine publish a usable figure for a ten provider spa, from $0 a month to Boulevard's limited-time new-customer $234 a month per location, billed annually.
Zenoti sells salon, spa, medspa, fitness and barbershop software to growing businesses of all sizes, from single locations to enterprise franchises, as its pricing FAQ, read on September 11, 2026, puts it. Its pricing page does not say what that costs. The page has a plan grid, a feature list and a roster of AI agents. It prints no price. Every plan on it ends at Get a Quote. This article prices eight alternatives from their own pricing pages, works out what seven of them publish for a ten provider spa, and shows that the ninth platform, Zenoti, publishes no price at any size.
What does Zenoti cost?
Zenoti's own pricing page does not say what Zenoti costs, and we checked it two ways. We fetched zenoti.com/pricing with a plain HTTP client on September 8, 2026. It redirected to zenoti.com/pricing-zenoti, which answered 200. Then we loaded the same URL in a real browser the same day, because an empty price block in a plain fetch can mean the numbers are drawn by JavaScript after load. They were not. The rendered page carries the full plan grid, the complete feature list and a fifteen question FAQ. It carries no price. What it carries instead is three Get a Quote buttons, every one of them pointing at /book-a-demo, and a business type selector for Salon and Spa, Medspa, Fitness and Barbershop.
Two things are sold: Zenoti OS, described on the page as every workflow from booking to payroll, and an AI Workforce of ten named agents. The FAQ shows the billing model. Asked how pricing works for multi location brands, Zenoti answers: "Multi-location pricing is customized based on your footprint and needs. We'll tailor it to your goals." Asked whether communication costs are included, it answers: "Your Zenoti subscription includes access to our voice, SMS, and messaging tools. Usage is billed based on consumption with optional base packs." Together, those answers give the shape of a Zenoti bill without its figures. The subscription is negotiated per business, with texts, calls and messages metered on top. Add-ons exist, and the AI agents sit behind a package the FAQ calls AI Plus.
Quote-only pricing is a legitimate way to sell enterprise software, and it may also be why some people search for a Zenoti alternative before they have ever seen a Zenoti invoice. Someone typing the term into Google may not be rejecting the product at all. They may simply be trying to find out what it costs, failing, and assembling a shortlist they can price tonight.
One page ranking for Zenoti alternative describes the quote process. TheSalonBusiness.com writes that to obtain pricing you must schedule a demo call and sit through a presentation, and that a custom pricing slide appears toward the end of it. The same page states that Zenoti typically requires a twelve month commitment. Zenoti's pricing page sends every Get a Quote button to /book-a-demo, but it names no presentation, pricing slide or contract term, so treat those as that publisher's reporting and not as a vendor fact.
Negotiated pricing is not a scandal. It works well for a chain with a procurement process. It works badly for a single location spa comparing five vendors on a Tuesday evening. So the accurate statement is narrow, and worth stating precisely. Zenoti published no price on its pricing page on September 8, 2026. Any Zenoti price you read elsewhere is not on that page. That one fact is why no Zenoti alternative below is estimated. If you are shopping the same field, our Mindbody alternative comparison covers Mindbody, which publishes only a subscription floor and quotes every plan.
What do these nine platforms publish?
The list below shows what every Zenoti alternative on this page published, and what Zenoti itself did not, on their own pricing pages, on September 8, 2026. The exceptions are Boulevard's Monthly toggle, read on September 10, and one GlossGenius footnote, read on September 11. Qualifiers are the whole story in this category, so none of them are trimmed. Zenoti: no published price. Get a Quote only.
Mindbody: "Starting at $79 USD/month per location". Three plans are named, Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate, and the button under every one of them says "Let's talk". No plan carries a price. Boulevard: the plan grid loads with its Monthly and Annually toggle set to Annually, under a badge reading "Save 10%". In that state Essentials shows "$140*/mo per location" against "(Normally $176)", covering "Up to 5 professionals" with "100 free texts". Premier shows "$234*/mo per location" against "(Normally $293)", with "Unlimited professionals" and "250 free texts". Prestige shows "$328*/mo per location" against "(Normally $410)". The asterisk resolves on the page to "Limited-time offer: Take advantage of our summer pricing. New customers only. Terms apply." Enterprise is a bespoke plan with no figure.
Switch Boulevard's pricing toggle to Monthly, as we did on September 10, 2026, and Essentials, Premier and Prestige read "$156*", "$260*" and "$364*" per month per location, against "(Normally $195)", "(Normally $325)" and "(Normally $455)". Those starred monthly rates carry the same limited-time new-customer terms. So $176, $293 and $410 a month per location are the normal annual rates, never the monthly billed ones, and "Save 10%" compares annual with monthly billing: $195 down to $176 a month per location is about 10%. Every Boulevard figure below is the annually billed rate unless it says otherwise, paired with the normal annual rate.
Mangomint: one plan, priced "$120/mo base + $10 per user", or $130 a month for one user, with additional locations at "Locations $120/mo each". Add-ons are Phone at "$70/mo per line", Marketing at "Starting at $30/mo" and Payroll at "$50/mo + $8 per worker", with no billing period printed for the $8. The page is banner-flagged "New simplified pricing".
GlossGenius: Standard "$28" monthly or "$24" a month with "Billed annually, you save 14%". Gold "$56" monthly or "$48" a month billed annually, for "businesses up to 9 staff". Platinum "$168" monthly or "$148" a month with "Billed annually, you save 12%", for "established businesses and teams 10+". Processing is a "Flat 2.6% rate" included in every plan. Payroll is an add-on at "$40/month + $6/seat", with no billing period printed for the seat charge. GlossGenius's Compare plans table, read on September 11, 2026, adds: "Each additional location is charged the plan price, at a 15% discount."
Booksy: "Get everything for $29.99 per month + tax", then "Add extra users for $20/month each", which its FAQ states as "$20 per month for each additional team member (+ tax)". Plans "include 2,000 free SMS marketing messages per month". Square Appointments: Free at "$0/mo. per location", Plus at "$49/mo. per location", Premium at "$149/mo. per location", with a free 30 day trial on the two paid plans.
DaySmart Salon: Basic "$29 / Month" for "1 User", Deluxe "$69 / Month" for "3 Users", Deluxe Growth "$149 / Month", Premium "$199 / Month" for "6 Users", and Premium Growth for "Unlimited Users" at "Contact for pricing". The comparison table lower on the same page adds the rule the plan cards leave out: Deluxe, Deluxe Growth and Premium each carry "$9/month each additional" user above the allowance.
Twizzlo: Free at $0 per month, permanently, capped at 150 bookings per month with no SMS. Business Pro at $29.99 per month flat per business, with unlimited bookings, employees, locations and customers, 50 SMS included and then $0.03 per message, and a 30 day money-back guarantee.

What does each one charge a ten provider spa?
The subscription at ten providers is the number that separates these vendors. A Zenoti alternative can only be compared in advance if it still publishes a figure at your headcount. Take a single location spa with ten bookable providers, subscription only, no add-ons and no hardware. Run each vendor's own published rule against it.
Twizzlo Business Pro is $29.99 per month flat per business with unlimited employees, so its subscription at ten providers is $29.99 a month. Square Appointments Free is $0 per month per location and Plus is $49 per month per location, neither of which changes with headcount on that page. Square's Free card, read on September 11, 2026, is headed "For solo professionals taking payments and managing schedules" but lists "Unlimited staff calendars". DaySmart Deluxe is $69 per month for 3 Users with "$9/month each additional", so seven extra users make $132 a month.
GlossGenius Gold covers "up to 9 staff" at $56 billed monthly, so the tenth provider moves you to Platinum at $168 billed monthly. Booksy is $29.99 per month plus $20 per month for each additional team member, which is 29.99 plus nine times 20, or $209.99 a month plus tax. Mangomint is $120 per month base plus $10 per user per month, which is 120 plus ten times 10, or $220 per month.
Boulevard Essentials caps at "Up to 5 professionals", so ten providers need Premier at $234 per month per location, billed annually on the limited-time new-customer offer shown by default, or $293 a month per location at its normal annual rate. Billed monthly, as read on September 10, Premier is $260 a month per location on the same offer, normally $325 a month per location. Two of the nine cannot be placed on that line. Mindbody publishes a $79 per month per location floor and then says "Let's talk". Zenoti says Get a Quote. So seven of nine publish a usable figure at ten providers, and those seven run from $0 a month to Boulevard's limited-time new-customer $234 a month per location, billed annually.
Square Appointments Free is the $0 subscription, and Twizzlo Free is a second $0 subscription, capped at 150 bookings per month. Among paid subscriptions the range is $29.99 a month to Boulevard's limited-time new-customer $234 a month per location billed annually, a spread of $204.01 per month, or $2,448.12 a year. Take Boulevard at its normal annual rate of $293 a month per location instead and the paid spread widens to $263.01 per month, or $3,156.12 a year. At ten providers the cheapest published vendors are Square Appointments and Twizzlo, then DaySmart at $132 a month, which lands ahead of GlossGenius Platinum, Booksy, Mangomint and Boulevard. DaySmart's position rests on a per additional user rate printed in a comparison table rather than on the plan card.
Multi site operators should note that four of the seven priced vendors publish a separate charge for each location: Square Appointments, Boulevard, Mangomint and GlossGenius. GlossGenius's Compare plans table, read on September 11, 2026, says "Each additional location is charged the plan price, at a 15% discount." That changes the comparison again. We cover that shift in our guide to multi location scheduling software, and the two premium options are set against each other in Mangomint versus Boulevard.
Which unit does each vendor count?
Every Zenoti alternative here publishes a counting rule, and there are six distinct rules among the eight vendors. Rule one is per additional team member. Booksy's FAQ is explicit: "$29.99 per month, plus $20 per month for each additional team member (+ tax)". The first person is inside the base price, so a ten person shop pays for nine extras, not ten. Rule two is per user from the first. Mangomint's page reads "$120/mo base + $10 per user", and the default figure it displays, $130 per month, is the base plus a single user. Ten users is $220 a month, not $230. That distinction matters, and one ranking page gets it wrong in a way we show below. GlossGenius and Boulevard use a third counting rule: a headcount band that gates the tier, billed per location, with nobody billed per head. GlossGenius Gold is for "businesses up to 9 staff" and Platinum for "teams 10+", and its Compare plans table, read on September 11, 2026, charges each additional location the plan price at a 15% discount. Boulevard Essentials is "Up to 5 professionals" and Premier is "Unlimited professionals", both quoted per location per month. You are billed for crossing a line, not for a seat. Rule four is locations only. Square Appointments prices Free, Plus and Premium "per location" and states: "With Square Plus and Square Premium, the monthly fee applies to each location you run." Mindbody quotes "per location" against its floor.
DaySmart uses a fifth counting rule: a user tier gate plus a per additional user charge above it. DaySmart gates at 1, 3, 3 and 6 Users across Basic, Deluxe, Deluxe Growth and Premium, then charges "$9/month each additional" user on the three paid tiers above Basic. Premium Growth is unlimited users at "Contact for pricing". It is the only vendor here that does both things at once, and missing the second half is what puts DaySmart in the unpriced column on comparison pages that read only the plan cards.
Twizzlo uses a sixth counting rule: it counts neither staff nor locations. Twizzlo Business Pro is flat per business at $29.99 per month with unlimited employees and unlimited locations, which is the whole design. If you want the reasoning behind that model, we set it out in appointment software with no seat fees, and the GlossGenius alternative rundown covers the tier gate approach in more depth. Zenoti's own FAQ implies a per business negotiation plus consumption billing for voice, SMS and messaging, but it names no unit price, so it cannot be placed on this list.

Where does a flat rate beat a per seat rate?
Twizzlo's flat subscription beats Booksy's per seat subscription from the second person, and the gap then widens by exactly $20 a month before tax for every person after that. Twizzlo Business Pro starts at $29.99 per month and Booksy at $29.99 per month + tax. For a solo operator the base figure is the same. Booksy then charges $20 per month for each additional team member (+ tax) and Twizzlo charges nothing more per person, so the pre-tax difference at any headcount is 20 multiplied by the number of staff beyond the first. At three providers that is $40 per month. At five it is $80 a month. At eight it is $140 a month. At ten it is $180 per month, which is $2,160 over a year.
Against Mangomint, the crossover, where Twizzlo's flat subscription becomes the lower one, arrives before you hire anyone. Mangomint's cheapest published configuration is the $120 a month base plus one user at $10 a month, so $130 per month for a single operator against Twizzlo's $29.99 a month. Against DaySmart the crossover arrives at the second user, since Basic covers "1 User" at $29 per month with no additional user rate, and the next tier up, Deluxe, starts at $69 per month for 3 Users.
The platforms compared here are not equal products, and a flat rate is only a saving if the cheaper platform does the job. Booksy carries a marketplace and a Boost channel that Twizzlo has no equivalent of. Mangomint's pricing page lists retail and inventory, forms and charting, and payroll as an add-on at "$50/mo + $8 per worker", with no billing period printed for the $8. Boulevard's lists inventory management, commission tracking, and forms and charts, an add-on below Prestige, but no payroll. DaySmart's lists Basic Payroll from Deluxe up and Advanced Payroll on Premium Growth, and its Salon Inventory Software page describes "automating inventory management". Twizzlo has no retail inventory, payroll, commissions or charting. Paying more each month for tools you use every day is not overpaying.
Per seat arithmetic tells you the size of the bet, and it narrows which kind of Zenoti alternative is worth a demo. If your spa needs retail inventory and commissions, the platforms whose pages list them are the shortlist and the flat rate is irrelevant. If your spa books, takes payment and sends reminders, the flat subscription is the main argument, with texts past the 50 included at $0.03 per message, and we make it in full in flat rate booking software that scales. Processing fees sit outside all of this, and we explain how payment processing is priced separately.
Which pages ranking for Zenoti alternative print numbers Zenoti does not publish?
Three of the pages ranking for Zenoti alternative print a Zenoti price, and they do not agree with each other. PortraitCare.com, on its Zenoti alternatives page, states: "Zenoti's pricing starts at $400 per month, though there is no free trial or free version available." WellnessLiving's Zenoti alternatives post states: "Zenoti's plans reportedly start at $200/month (Capterra, 2024)." The GlossGenius blog's Zenoti alternatives page states that some businesses report paying $300 to $600 or more per month per location. Those are three different numbers for the same product.
We read Zenoti's pricing page in a browser on September 8, 2026, and it published no price at all, so none of the three third-party Zenoti figures cited above appeared on it. A reader comparing the three pages has nothing on Zenoti's pricing page to check any of them against, so none of the three can be confirmed.
Some pages ranking for Zenoti alternative print stale prices for the alternatives, which is easier to prove than any Zenoti figure. PortraitCare's page lists Mangomint as "$165/month Essentials", "$245/month Standard" and "$375/month Unlimited". Mangomint's own page on September 8, 2026 has one plan, banner-flagged "New simplified pricing", at "$120/mo base + $10 per user", or $130 a month for one user. The three tiers are not on it.
PortraitCare lists Boulevard at "$158/mo per location Essentials", "$263/mo per location Premier" and "$369/mo per location Prestige". Boulevard's own page shows limited-time new-customer rates of $140, $234 and $328 per month per location on its annually billed setting, against the $176, $293 and $410 per month per location it prints as its normal annual rates. Its Monthly toggle, read on September 10, 2026, shows $156, $260 and $364 per month per location on the same offer. PortraitCare also says Mindbody "begins at $99 per month per location" across four plans including "Ultimate Plus". Mindbody's page, read on September 8, 2026, says "Starting at $79 USD/month per location" and lists three plans, with no Ultimate Plus among them.
Of the ranking pages here, Pabau's Zenoti competitors post comes closest to Mangomint's own price, and it still misreads the unit, listing Mangomint at "$130/month" plus "$10 per user". Mangomint's $130 a month is the base plus one user, so Pabau's listing counts the first user twice. At ten users that formula gives $230 per month against Mangomint's own $220 per month, a $120 overstatement across a year.
Some published prices sit off the plan cards, and we missed one ourselves in the first draft of this page. DaySmart's per additional user rate is published in a comparison table rather than on the plan card, and reading only the cards makes DaySmart look unpriceable above six users when it is not. Every fetch date above is September 8, 2026, except for reads on two later dates. Boulevard's Monthly toggle and the Boulevard, Mangomint and DaySmart feature lists in the flat rate section were read on September 10. GlossGenius's Staff Management row and location footnote, Square's Free card heading and Zenoti's FAQ line on who it serves were read on September 11.
What does Zenoti do that a flat rate Zenoti alternative does not?
Zenoti does a lot that a flat rate alternative does not, and pretending otherwise would waste your time. Zenoti's own pricing page, navigation and footer included, lists payroll and commissions, inventory management, resource and room management, memberships and packages, gift cards, loyalty, marketing automation, reputation management and a photo manager, plus franchise tooling and an AI agent layer. That is a full operating system, and Zenoti's pricing FAQ, read on September 11, 2026, says it replaces separate scheduling, POS, marketing, SMS, phone, payroll and analytics tools.
Twizzlo does not compete with Zenoti's feature set, and here is the plain list of what it does not have. No retail inventory. No membership autopay or package builder. No payroll or commissions. No POS hardware. No marketing automation suite. No charting or SOAP notes. No insurance billing, no HIPAA claim and no BAA. No published card processing rate, though payments run on Stripe with a 1.5% Twizzlo platform fee on top of Stripe's own fees.
If your spa sells retail from shelves, runs monthly memberships on autopay, pays commission-based stylists or keeps clinical notes, Twizzlo is the wrong tool and no price difference fixes that. Boulevard, Mangomint and Zenoti belong on the shortlist. On September 10, 2026, only Boulevard's pricing page of the three listed "Memberships & autopay", but Mangomint's memberships page offered "automatic billing" and Zenoti's membership page said it "handles recurring billing, auto-renewals, and proactive notifications". Mangomint's pricing page did not mention commission that day, but its staff management page lists "commission for retail and services". For clinical work specifically, our medspa booking software page is the better starting point.
Where Twizzlo is a real Zenoti alternative is narrower and worth naming. It fits a single site or small group spa that books appointments, takes deposits and card payments, sends reminders, and wants a published, flat monthly subscription. For that business, $29.99 per month flat with unlimited staff and unlimited locations is a genuinely different proposition from a negotiated subscription with unpublished message rates, though Twizzlo also charges $0.03 per message after the 50 included. Choosing a Zenoti alternative well means matching that gap list to your actual operation, not to the demo.
How do you get a real Zenoti quote, and which Zenoti alternative fits?
Ask for the whole picture in writing, and ask before the demo rather than after it. Four things shape a Zenoti bill, and its pricing page fully answers none of them. It partly answers one: its FAQ, read again on September 11, 2026, says the AI Agents require the AI Plus package, which also brings a dedicated Customer Success Manager and priority assistance backed by SLAs. It prints no subscription price, no per message or per minute rate and no contract term.
Ask Zenoti for the monthly subscription per location and whether it changes with provider count. Ask for the per message and per minute rates for voice, SMS and messaging, since the FAQ confirms those are billed on consumption with optional base packs. Ask which other items sit inside the AI Plus package.
Ask for the contract term and the notice period in writing, because one ranking page reports a twelve month commitment and Zenoti's pricing page does not address it. Then hold that quote against the published figures above. They run from $0 a month for Square Appointments Free up to a limited-time new-customer $234 a month per location, billed annually, for Boulevard Premier at ten providers, or $293 a month per location at its normal annual rate.
Which Zenoti alternative fits depends on what you gave up to get here. Clinical notes and prescribing point to Boulevard. Retail, with payroll and automated marketing as paid add-ons, points to Mangomint. A marketplace that brings you new clients points to Booksy. A flat 2.6% processing rate with tiered features points to GlossGenius. A cheap seat rate above a small tier points to DaySmart. Existing Square hardware points to Square Appointments.
If the thing you actually wanted was a flat subscription with unlimited staff and locations, start with the Twizzlo pricing page and then read the industry detail on our software built for day spas. The free plan is permanent rather than a trial, capped at 150 bookings a month, so you can test the booking flow with real clients before you pay for a subscription. Whatever you choose, get the number in writing first. That is the one habit this whole category rewards.
Prices in this article were read from each vendor's own website between September 8 and September 11, 2026, and they will drift, so check the vendor's page before you buy. If a flat rate fits how you are growing, start with Twizzlo's spa booking software and test it on the free plan.
Frequently asked questions
Does Zenoti publish its pricing?+
No. Zenoti's pricing page was fetched with a plain HTTP client and then read in a browser on September 8, 2026. Both showed the full plan grid, the feature list and a fifteen question FAQ, and neither showed a price. Its two plan blocks, Zenoti OS and Your AI Workforce, each carry a Get a Quote button, and all three Get a Quote buttons on the page point at /book-a-demo.
How much does Zenoti cost per month?+
Zenoti's pricing page does not say, and the pages that do say disagree with each other. PortraitCare states pricing starts at $400 per month, WellnessLiving states plans reportedly start at $200 per month citing Capterra, and the GlossGenius blog says some businesses report paying $300 to $600 or more per month per location. None of those figures appear on Zenoti's pricing page.
What is the cheapest Zenoti alternative that publishes a price?+
Square Appointments Free at $0 per month per location and Twizzlo Free at $0 per month are the two $0 subscription entries. Among paid plans, GlossGenius Standard has the lowest published figure, $24 per month billed annually or $28 monthly, followed by DaySmart Basic at $29 per month for 1 User. Twizzlo Business Pro at $29.99 per month flat per business and Booksy at $29.99 per month plus tax come next.
Do any of these publish a price for a ten person team?+
Seven of the nine vendors do, across eight plans. Square Appointments Free is $0, Twizzlo $29.99, Square Appointments Plus $49, DaySmart Deluxe $132, GlossGenius Platinum $168 billed monthly, Booksy $209.99 plus tax, Mangomint $220 and Boulevard Premier $234 per location billed annually, all per month for one location. Square's Free card, read on September 11, 2026, is headed "For solo professionals taking payments and managing schedules" but lists "Unlimited staff calendars". Boulevard's $234 a month per location, billed annually, is a limited-time new-customer rate, and its normal annual rate is $293 a month per location. Mindbody's only published subscription figure is a Starting at $79 USD/month per location floor, and Zenoti publishes no price at any size.
How does DaySmart price a team of ten?+
From its own published rule. DaySmart Deluxe is $69 per month for 3 Users, and the comparison table on the same pricing page adds $9 per month for each additional user on Deluxe, Deluxe Growth and Premium. Ten users on Deluxe is $69 plus seven times $9, or $132 per month, read on September 8, 2026.
Does Zenoti require a long contract?+
Zenoti's site does not state a contract term anywhere on its pricing page. TheSalonBusiness.com reports that Zenoti typically requires a twelve month commitment, but that is a third party claim we could not confirm against Zenoti. Ask for the term and the notice period in writing before the demo.
Is Twizzlo a realistic replacement for Zenoti?+
Only for a narrow case. Twizzlo has no retail inventory, no membership autopay, no payroll or commissions, no POS hardware, no marketing automation and no charting. It fits a single site or small group spa that books, takes payment and sends reminders. It does not replace a chain platform.
How do the payment processing rates compare?+
GlossGenius publishes a flat 2.6% rate. Square Appointments charges 2.6% plus 15 cents per tap, dip or swipe on Free, 2.5% plus 15 cents on Plus and 2.4% plus 15 cents on Premium. Booksy charges 2.49% plus 10 cents per transaction on its card reader. Twizzlo publishes no card rate, and payments run on Stripe with a 1.5% Twizzlo platform fee on top of Stripe's own fees.
