How we research, write and update Twizzlo guides

Roger writes and edits the Twizzlo Learn Center. Every Learn Center article carries his byline, and he is accountable for the guides and comparisons we publish.

• We read prices from the vendor's own pricing page or help documentation, not from other review sites.
• We record the currency, the billing period (monthly or annual) and the conditions that change the bill, such as per-staff or per-location charges, add-ons and payment processing fees.
• We show the date we read each price. On our comparison pages the date appears as "verified" next to the Fact-checked label, and the vendor sources we used are listed at the end of the page.
• Unknown is not no. If a vendor does not publish a detail, we say it is not published instead of assuming the feature is missing.
• When a vendor's own pages disagree, we say which figure we used and why.

Prices change. Check the vendor's site before you buy, and if you see a newer price than ours, tell us (see corrections below).

• Twizzlo claims are checked against our own features page and pricing page. If a capability is not listed there or confirmed by the Twizzlo team, we do not claim it.
• Plan facts stay the same everywhere: Free is $0 a month for up to 150 bookings with no SMS; Business Pro is $29.99 a month per business with unlimited bookings, 50 SMS a month and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• When we compare payment costs, we include the 1.5% Twizzlo platform fee that applies to online payments, on top of Stripe processing.
• We say where a competitor fits better, and why.

Twizzlo sells online booking and appointment scheduling software, the same category we write about. Twizzlo appears in our comparisons and roundups, and we have a commercial interest in you choosing it.

We state it here so you can weigh our comparisons with that in mind, and we aim to make every comparison useful even if you choose another tool. That is why we publish dated vendor prices, link the sources and name the cases where a competitor is the better fit.

We use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. A person reviews and fact-checks every page before it is published: competitor prices against the vendor's own site, and Twizzlo claims against our features and pricing pages. The editor, not the tool, is responsible for what we publish.

We do not publish invented quotes, studies, statistics, customer stories or product tests, and we do not imply hands-on use of a product when the research came from the vendor's public documentation.

Our templates, such as consent forms, contracts and confirmation messages, are text to copy and adapt to your business. They are not legal advice. Have a qualified local professional review anything you rely on.

We update a page when a vendor changes its prices or plans, when Twizzlo's product or pricing changes, or when a reader reports an error. When the facts on a page change, the date shown on the page changes with them.

To report an error, email support@twizzlo.com with the subject line "Correction: [page URL]". Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, link a source. Support is answered 24/7, with an average response under 2 hours. Vendors can use the same address to tell us about a price change.
