You can take payment up front with prepaid bookings. Turn them on for full sets or any other service, and the client pays the full service price through Stripe when they book, so the slot is only held once that payment goes through. If a client does not show, you decide whether to keep or refund it.
Does Twizzlo work for solo lash techs and multi-artist studios?
Both. Solo techs use a single calendar and a public booking link. Multi-artist studios add unlimited staff with individual calendars, roles and per-artist reporting on every plan.
Can I keep notes and preferences per client?
Yes. Every client profile stores notes, preferences, allergies and full visit history.
Is Twizzlo really free?
Yes. Free is $0 a month, free forever and not a trial.
